Which Is Best for the Cornell Method Studying: a black and white Cornell notebook or a Colored Cornell notebook?

Imagine using our Colored Cornell Notebook and taking notes that actively engage your brain, improve memory, and ace those exams. That’s the power of the Cornell Method!

How does the Cornell Method work?

  1. Divide your page into three sections:
    • Main Notes: Jot down key points and ideas.
    • Cues and Questions: Summarize each point and write questions to test yourself later.
    • Summary: Briefly condense the entire page’s learnings.
  2. Benefits:
    • Boosts active learning: Summarizing and questioning force deeper understanding.
    • Enhances memory: Recalling information through cues strengthens retention.
    • Improves organization: Clear sections keep your notes tidy and focused.
    • Prepares for exams: Built-in review questions make studying a breeze.

Recommendation for someone with Dyslexia

A tinted for section Cornell notebook is generally the better option due to its improved visual organization, reduced distractions, and enhanced memory retention. It worked with my friend, who gave me the idea to make this book for sharing her experiment with Dyslexia people.

However, there is no one size fits all answer; some people find it beneficial, while others do not.
The best way to determine whether or not coloring sections in notes is helpful for a person with dyslexia is to try it out and see how it works.
